We had a great stay in Tipp City! The cottage is walking distance to the VFW, Tony Badabings, and all the little shops on Main Street. Samantha was a great host too! She provided clear directions and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly! We will definitely rent again!

We've stayed here pushing a dozen times over the years visiting family and Sam always takes the best care of us. Had a minor issue this visit and she had someone there within minutes. Just the best host. Thanks Sam, we will be back soon!

this was an unexpected stay for us, due a delay for closing onour new home. it was a sanctuary for our dogs with the private fenced in yard and for me a good work from home spot as it had a desk set up. honestly was a life saver for us during this time. it was clean and host was very responsive. looks like pictures as posted. furniture downstairs isn't the most comfortable but doable

We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, open, inviting and tons of natural light. We also appreciate the bright lights in each room. Thank you for the abundance of towels, quality TP (yay!) & tissues. Those are items not often found at most places! The neighborhood is quiet & felt safe, important to us with a 1yr old. Sam and her husband go to great lengths to make you feel welcome (loved the welcome goodies). That’s appreciative when traveling. Our family loved our stay & will return!

Great stay at this quaint bungalow with modern updates. The fenced in yard and walkable neighborhood were perfect for our dogs. We walked to a yummy lunch at Coldwater Cafe in the historic downtown area. House was clean and tidy in every way. That’s coming from a “clean freak” perspective. Sam was friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

This place was excellent for anyone that has pup (pups). The back yard is ample for the pups tp exercise.
Re the house: There are toilets on both floors!!! There is everything in the kitchen that you may need to cook whatever you like. Bedrooms are clean and neat (we only used one)
The host Samantha: She was great and checked in on us often!
Great place with anyone with or without a pup!

We loved Samanthas place! It was right near the center of town so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to. The home was clean and beautiful! Samantha had menus from local restaurants and recommendations printed out for us. She was very responsive to messages and very kind. Although the trains were pretty frequent, they didn't bother us at all. (Samantha does provide ear plugs!) Definitely will rebook if we come back!
