Cozy Two-Bedroom Bungalow with New Kitchen

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this cozy bungalow, decorated with a 1950's glam flair, featuring a brand-new kitchen, living room, half-bath and laundry on the main floor. The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the awesome front porch or enclosed back yard. One block off Tipp City's Main Street and a half-mile from Tipp's historic downtown shopping district. Note: we are close to a fire station, so you may hear occasional sirens.

We have dressed this bungalow for you with a 1950s Hollywood glam flair! On the first floor, you’ll find a comfy living room, half bath, laundry room, and a just-remodeled kitchen. Upstairs, there’s a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a twin bed and a fold-out twin bed, and a full bathroom. You can also relax on the front porch, or hang out in the private back yard.

Our B&B is a few blocks from the local fire station. You may occasionally hear sirens.

You're also about 8 blocks from the Great Miami River Trail, a 77-mile bike path that stretches from Sidney, Ohio in the North to Cincinnati in the South.

We've stayed here nearly a dozen times and it's easily our first choice any time we are visiting family in Ohio. This most recent trip, I reached out to the owner to let her know the iron and oven mitts were missing and replacements showed up the very next day. We loved our stay! Tipp City is the most charming little town and we loved being in the heart of it. It felt super safe and the house itself was perfect. It had everything we needed, plus some! The kitchen was fully stocked and the welcome box was so sweet and unexpected! Would definitely recommend and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Samantha gave timely and clear instructions. The house is very dog-friendly, with a fenced back yard. The house was quiet and comfortable. The stairs up to the bedrooms were rather steep, so I carried my dachshund up and down. The hand rails were helpful. The kichen had everything I needed, including a pitcher, ice trays, mugs, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Samantha’s place is great. It was quiet (fire station nearby, we heard it once, no big deal). Pretty neighborhood. If you are a tad more ambitious than us you could walk downtown. The house was very clean, good instructions about the house and town were waiting for us. Samantha’s recommendations were spot on. Chaffee’s coffee a must. Harrison’s super good food. Bodega for take out — yum! For a small bungalow, there was plenty of room and the closet in the larger bedroom was big enough to set up our dog’s crate to give us more room around the bed. Tipp City is lovely. We highly recommend Samantha’s place and her town.

Samantha’s home was the perfect spot for us while we transitioned to Tipp City! We stayed for almost a month and found that the home was cute, cozy and central to everything that Tipp has to offer. The porch was our favorite part as we found ourselves sitting out there in the morning with our coffees watching the squirrels play or in the evening with fireflies. Overall a great place for families, couples and especially those with a furry pet.

We were looking for a fenced in back yard that allowed pets and this was perfect. Samantha was a wonderful host and we were so comfortable during our stay. Tipp City was a great place to visit, particularly Chaffee's Brewhouse as recommended by Samantha.

We are: * a 10-minute drive from the Dayton International Airport * a 15-minute drive from the intersection of I-70 and I-75 * a 20-minute drive from the City of Dayton. The cottage is a nine-minute walk (or six blocks) from downtown Tipp City shops, restaurants, bars, coffee, and other activities.
