The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the awesome front porch or enclosed back yard. One block off Tipp City's Main Street and a half-mile from Tipp's historic downtown shopping district. Note: we are close to a fire station, so you may hear occasional sirens.

We have dressed this bungalow for you with a 1950s Hollywood glam flair! On the first floor, you’ll find a comfy living room, half bath, laundry room, and a just-remodeled kitchen. Upstairs, there’s a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a twin bed and a fold-out twin bed, and a full bathroom. You can also relax on the front porch, or hang out in the private back yard.

Our B&B is a few blocks from the local fire station. You may occasionally hear sirens.
